Order & Delivery :
All orders with value more than Rs. 1599, will be shipped free of cost. For any orders worth Rs. 1599 or below, a nominal fee of Rs. 59 would be applied.
- If the complete order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the shipping cost, if paid online.
- All orders of bill value above Rs 1699/- will attact a exhange/return reverse shipment fee of Rs 89/- to be paid by the customer .
- if your products are exchanged in its entirity / partial, no delivery charges will be appled for redelivering the exchanged product .

The delivery drivers can deliver your order when you are not at home picked up by a family member or they coordinate with you for hasslefree delivery
If you believe your parcel has been lost in the post, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible. We will then investigate what has happened to your parcel.
You should receive your delivery within seven working days of placing your order.
Where the supply of your product(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, (for example, material shortages or higher than anticipated demand) we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
Refund & Exchange :
On orders above Rs.1,000, no return is applicable, only exchange can be done. Free gifts are non-exchangeable & non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return can be done within 7 days of delivery. The return has to be iniated from your account . The refund will be processed according to original mode of payment as per details given below.
- Card/ Wallet/ UPI/ Netbanking: Directly credited to the original source of payment
- Cash on delivery: Currently we do not provide Cash on Delivery products
- Loyalty Points refund will be made in the loyalty account and will reflect in your next purchase
- All Refunds will be processed and credited within 8 working days from the day of refund approval
- Exchange will be accepted for size issues .Manufacturing defects/damages have to be reported within 2 days from the date of delivery, the claim will not be honored thereafter.

- Family combo items under seasonal sale
- Personalized items
- All Products with broken seal / tags
we cannot accept returns on items purchased during event sale, for example: Independence Sale, Diwali Sale, etc. or gift cards.
